Come and join us for our first social run in partnership with Kino Lounge as we launch Peace of Mind Sundays @ Kino.

If you’re looking for a positive way to start your Sunday, join us at 9:00am on Sunday 19th July for a relaxed, social 5K run 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️

We'll meet outside Kino, warm up together, head out for a friendly 5K run, then return to Kino Lounge for coffee, chats, and good company 👌🏻

Whether you're a regular runner, just getting started, or haven't run in years, you're welcome!

This isn't about pace, personal bests, or competition - it's about moving your body, meeting new people, and starting the day with a positive mindset. If you've been thinking about joining a running club but weren't sure where to start, this is your sign 🙌🏻
