Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that can be deeply restorative and healing for many parts of life.
This class combines gentle breathwork, meditation, body scanning and visualisation. It is designed specifically to help you physically relax, calm the mind and transition into nourishing sleep.
For the class, get cosy lying down and be guided through the journey.
Delivered on Zoom, cameras are optional.
